MatchWorks is looking for an Employment Coach who is passionate about supporting people with disability, injury, illness, or other vocational barriers on their journey to meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You’ll build strong relationships with participants, understand their skills, experience, and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help them become job ready and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
