Job summary

MatchWorks in Geelong is seeking an Employment Coach to support individuals through Inclusive Employment Australia. You’ll assess strengths, design personalised career plans, and link participants with training and supports to achieve lasting employment outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with employers and community partners, maintain records, and help participants build confidence while achieving job matches in the local area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required and Orientation Module Certificate will be supported.
