About the Opportunity

Reporting to the People & Culture leadership team, you’ll lead the Employee Services function and drive the organisation’s People Operations improvement agenda. You'll set the strategic direction of Employee Services, ensuring the function continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of employees, leaders and the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energised by complexity and enjoys balancing operational leadership with strategic improvement initiatives.
