Reporting to the CIE Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for identifying, developing and implementing innovation and efficiency initiatives across our aircraft sustainment programs.
You will provide leadership, governance and oversight of multiple initiatives while ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You are a proven leader with experience delivering complex projects or programs within Defence, aerospace or highly regulated engineering environments. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholder groups and are motivated by delivering measurable outcomes that improve business performance and customer capability.
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
