Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced engineer based in Exmouth to bring a Defence communications capability into service. You will perform integration, verification and testing across hardware, software and infrastructure, working with technicians to diagnose issues and validate real-world performance.
As the program grows, you’ll contribute to testing, maintenance support and operational readiness, gaining exposure across systems engineering.

It's a role for someone who enjoys getting beyond the paperwork, working alongside technicians and engineers to solve problems, investigate issues and see systems perform in the real world.
The program is still growing, which means the work continues to evolve. You'll have the opportunity to contribute across testing, maintenance support, systems engineering and operational readiness while building experience that is difficult to get in more narrowly defined engineering roles.

Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance required, or ability to obtain and maintain.
You might be an Avionics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer with a few years' experience, or you may already be working in aviation, sustainment, technical services or a maintenance support environment.

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
