Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a People Specialist – Employee Relations to shape risk-aware, compliant ER outcomes. You will work with senior leaders, People Partners and Legal stakeholders to balance commercial needs with fair processes and employee experience.

You will lead investigations, grievances and escalations, provide expert advice, and coach leaders to strengthen ER capability. A strong knowledge of employment law and a proactive improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations advice and case management.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and Fair Work Act.
• Ability to balance risk, compliance and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice to leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, grievances and escalations through to resolution.
• Represent Goodstart in conciliation matters.
• Coach and develop leaders and People team members on ER practices.
• Identify compliance risks and drive improvements in ER policies and processes.
