Job summary

Bupa in Sydney is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to manage end-to-end ER cases and provide pragmatic advice to leaders. You will work closely with the People team to navigate complex employee matters and support policy interpretation across the organisation.

Role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work arrangements in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane locations, providing exposure to a broad range of matters and opportunities to influence workplace outcomes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end employee relations case management experience.
• Coaching leaders and employees through conduct, performance and grievance processes.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Interpreting employment contracts, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management with influence over People Leaders.
• HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
