The purpose of the Employee Relations Advisor is to provide exceptional employee relations support. You will manage end-to-end employee relations cases and deliver pragmatic, high-quality advice that supports leaders to navigate people matters with confidence.
Working collaboratively with the broader People team, you'll support best-practice people processes and help drive continuous improvement across the function. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your employee relations expertise within a large organisation, gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters while making a meaningful impact across the business.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements.
