Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser for a 14 Month Max Term Contract to deliver practical employee relations guidance, support performance and conduct matters, and lead investigations. You will collaborate with leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, and other stakeholders to drive fair, inclusive workplace outcomes and continuous improvement across the group.

The role emphasises judging complex cases with empathy and sound judgement, translating legislation to actionable

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in employee relations and knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Experience handling investigations, grievances and performance matters.
• Ability to coach leaders and translate legislation into practical advice.
• Comfortable handling sensitive issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and commercially minded employee relations advice across a broad range of matters.
