Sydney Water is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to bring our recognition and benefits programs to life. You will work within the Total Reward team to coordinate events, communications, and data reporting, ensuring a positive employee experience across programs and partners.

The role involves end-to-end logistics, collaboration with People & Culture, Communications and Events teams, and contributing to program improvements while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in administration, recognition or benefits is highly regarded.
• Ability to plan, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication; build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating events or engagement initiatives for a positive employee experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the delivery of Sydney Water's employee recognition programs (Long Service Awards and annual events).
• Manage end-to-end program logistics including communications, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination and event admin.
• Support administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits and experience initiatives.
• Contribute to reporting and insights to measure program success and identify improvements.
• Assist with preparing and distributing employee communications on recognition and benefits programs.
• Monitor inboxes and respond to enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
