Job summary

Brisbane Airport is seeking an Employee Experience Manager within the Commercial Marketing division to lead the strategy and programs that enhance the employee experience across the Brisbane Airport Community.

You will partner with BAC and the broader airport network to translate insights into priorities, drive engagement and strengthen retention. A hands‑on leader will manage events and initiatives that support our people and culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified and/or experienced in communications, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement, events or a related discipline.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders across an organisation is desirable.
• Ability to translate employee insights into practical priorities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Brisbane Airport Employee Experience strategy and annual program.
• Collaborate across BAC and the broader airport community to strengthen connection and retention.
• Translate employee insights into clear priorities, practical initiatives and shared accountability.
• Manage multiple initiatives and events aligned to the employee experience program.
