Suncorp Group seeks an Advisor, Employee Experience to shape inclusive journeys across the full employee lifecycle in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll use employee-centred design to map journeys, refine moments that matter and turn insights into practical improvements.

Working within Organisational Development, you’ll partner with People teams, business leaders and customer experience specialists. You’ll help establish strong employee experience practices that support our EVPs and inclusion

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years in employee experience design within a complex organisation.
• Experience in journey mapping, human-centred design or related methods.
• Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate feedback into practical solutions.

• Design and improve employee experience approaches across the full lifecycle with inclusion embedded.
• Map journeys and translate findings into practical experience improvements.
• Partner with People teams and leaders to develop employee-centred solutions.
• Interpret feedback and insights to inform decisions.
• Apply design methods to diagnose challenges and test ideas.
• Evaluate initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
