Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Sydney seeks an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive brand attraction and screening for emerging talent. You will develop recruitment plans, coordinate university events and collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver a consistent candidate experience.

You will screen CVs, conduct phone screens, and participate in panel interviews, acting as the first point of contact for candidates while supporting their development within a global, data‑driven

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a similar early career's recruitment role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and branding activities to attract top early career talent.
• Organise, implement and attend university events.
• Coach and prepare the university team members for university visits and coordinate closely to ensure a unified recruiting approach.
• Screen candidate's CVs, conduct phone screens to shortlist for panel interviews and be a member of the panel.
• Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact throughout the whole recruitment process.
