Job summary

Randstad in Sydney is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive development, outreach and associate services for top early career talent. You will work in a driven team focusing on branding and university outreach to attract graduates and early professionals.

You will screen CVs, conduct phone screens, and participate in panel interviews, while maintaining strong candidate engagement from first contact through offer.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar early career recruitment role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and branding activities to attract top early career talent.
• Organise, implement and attend university events.
• Coach and prepare university team members for visits and coordinate recruiting approach.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screens to shortlist for panel interviews and participate as a panel member.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Your New Role:

In your role as the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will sit within a driven and supportive team, with a primary focus on people development, outreach activities and associate services. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

• Develop operational plans and branding activities to attract top early career talent.
• Organise, implement and attend university events.
• Coach and prepare the university team members for university visits and coordinate closely to ensure a unified recruiting approach.
• Screen candidate's CVs, conduct phone screens to shortlist for panel interviews and be a member of the panel.
• Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact throughout the whole recruitment process.
