• 4+ years delivering complex engineering/technology projects (defence/aerospace/high-tech preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile, project controls, and governance frameworks.
• Experience assisting with supplier, vendor, or contract administration activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and delivery of small to medium technical projects or work packages.
• Assist development of work breakdown structures, schedules, and governance packs.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other functions.
• Prepare agenda material, capture actions, and escalate risks or issues through leadership.
• Track contractual deliverables and change information with accurate records.
• Assist with cost tracking, schedule updates, and milestone reporting.
• Maintain RAID and change registers and support change control.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance by maintaining evidence and documentation.
• Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.
