Job summary

EOS seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, technology-driven programs. You will ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while upholding quality, compliance, and governance.

You will embed best practices and drive lifecycle management across cross-functional, international teams. The role emphasizes structured processes, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, and a pragmatic approach to balancing technical complexity with practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex engineering/technology projects.
• Knowledge of Capability or Acquisition life cycle management.
• Strong command of PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile/DevOps and project controls.
• Demonstrated financial management: baselines, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Solid risk management and decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Proficient with MS Project and enterprise reporting tools.
• Degree in Engineering/Business/PM; PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership: plan and deliver medium to large technical projects.
• Integrated planning & governance: baselines, governance plans, reporting cadence.
• Team leadership: coordinate multidisciplinary international teams.
• Stakeholder management: engage customer and internal leadership; provide progress updates.
• Commercial & contracts: manage vendor performance and change orders.
• Financial control: forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Risk & change leadership: maintain RAID and formal change control.
• Quality, safety, compliance: adhere to standards and conduct audits.
• Continuous improvement: lead lessons-learned cycles and embedding practices.
