Beacon Lighting Angle Vale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in SA. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to inspire the team, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a brand-new store opening November 2026.

Formación

• Experience thriving in retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Current driver’s licence and hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership
• Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design
• Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer
• Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
• Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions
• Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals
