Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across the business, translating priorities into practical people actions and delivering across employee relations, talent, change, and HR delivery.

You will collaborate with the APAC HR team to support One Liberty outcomes, while building capability and judgment to operate more independently over time. You will work with the Country Head of HR, senior HR Business Partners and Centres of

Qualifications

• HR generalist capability with employee relations and talent management exposure.
• Experience supporting recruitment through end-to-end process including onboarding.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across teams.
• Knowledge of Australian employment and industrial-relations law.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into local people actions.
• Support organisation-design changes and role/structure updates.
• Assist employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and investigations with confidentiality and compliance.
• Prepare termination, redundancy, and consultation documentation with stakeholders.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles.
• Support end-to-end recruitment delivery with Talent Acquisition.
• Deliver HR change initiatives and adopt regional frameworks.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and governance.
• Manage multiple priorities and HR systems; streamline processes.
