Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to partner with leaders and teams across Liberty, helping translate business priorities into practical people solutions across employee relations, talent, change and HR delivery.

You’ll join a collaborative APAC HR team, offering development opportunities, exposure to global practices, and a chance to impact the One Liberty employee experience in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• HR generalist capability with exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations and talent management.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and HR delivery.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into practical local people actions.
• Support organisation design changes and role/structure adjustments.
• Assist employee relations, disciplinary and investigations with confidentiality and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for termination, redundancy and consultation activities.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and performance/reward cycles.
• Support end-to-end recruitment delivery in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Help deliver HR change initiatives and adopt regional frameworks.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and governance activity.
• Manage multiple priorities and HR systems, seeking practical improvements.
• Leverage digital tools, including GPT skills and basic HTML, to improve work processes.
