Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Swan Hill, Victoria seeks an motivated administrator with stores/inventory experience. The role covers data entry, stock management, and coordination of CFA systems alongside Excel proficiency. You will support warehouse operations, purchasing, and provide strong internal/external service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and stores/inventory management.
• Strong data entry and Excel skills.
• Ability to lift >15kg and perform warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, database and systems coordination.
• Stores duties including stock management and receipting incoming goods.
• Warehouse and logistics including PPC/E management and order dispatch.
• Inputting and coordinating stores data using CFA systems (SAP, RMS) and Excel.
• Records administration and data entry.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate purchasing.
• High-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Accounts payable administration.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in Incident Management support roles as appropriate.
