Job summary

Crossfield Energy Pty Ltd is seeking an Emergency Response Officer for our Moranbah site. You will join the site emergency response team and provide rapid incident support, drills, and equipment readiness to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires open-cut coal mining experience, relevant certifications, and a proactive, team-focused approach to high-pressure situations. HR credentials are desirable.

Qualifications

• Open-cut coal mining experience is essential.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical are required.
• Certificate 3 Emergency response and rescue is required.
• C Class Driver License (HR desirable) is preferred.
• Safety focused with sharp attention to detail.
• Team player capable of performing under pressure.
• Experience operating large mining equipment is highly regarded.

About you

Current C Class Driver License (HR highly Desirable)

Safety focused, with strong attention to detail

Able to work effectively as part of a team in high-pressure situations

Experience operating large-scale mining equipment, such as Caterpillar 793 or 789 haul trucks, CAT D10 or D11 dozers, 16M or 18M graders, or Hitachi 5600, 3600 or 9350 excavators, will also be highly regarded
