Zusammenfassung

NSW Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for Mount Druitt Hospital's Emergency Department. You will lead and coordinate clinical education initiatives, mentor nurses, and strengthen clinical practice in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will develop and deliver orientation, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development; collaborate with nurse management to identify learning needs and monitor learning outcomes, fostering evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive clinical experience and/or post-registration qualification in nursing education.
• Ability to lead and implement change within best practice care and workplace culture.
• Ability to design, implement and evaluate ward-level clinical education.
• Strong communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Commitment to professional development and currency of practice.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
