• Handle incoming calls from the general public, GPs and internal staff, directing them appropriately.
• Connect internal extensions to outgoing lines in line with site procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, accurate information across emergencies and routine inquiries.
• Maintain switchboard and telecommunication records, update systems and liaise with external agencies as required.
