Job summary

RDO Equipment is seeking an experienced leader to take the helm of the Emerald branch. You will oversee Sales, Parts and Service, representing John Deere in a key regional market and shaping a high-performing culture within a brand-new dealership.

You will lead from the front, develop future leaders, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth while maintaining a values-led environment that cares for its people and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations.
• Strong Agriculture industry experience.
• Commercial and business acumen, including budget and performance management.
• Passion for people development, culture and leadership.
• Ability to build trust with customers, team members and the local community.
• Track record of delivering results with a values-led culture.
• Hands-on leadership style and the confidence to lead from the front.
• Experience in agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships or related industries is highly regarded.
