Job summary
ADP Consulting is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to lead embodied carbon assessments and LCAs across a diverse Australian project portfolio. You will work with architects, engineers and clients to translate carbon data into practical, design-informed recommendations that influence material selection and procurement.
Based in Sydney with flexible options to base in Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne, you will develop strategies to reduce whole‑of‑life emissions, contribute to Green Star and
Qualifications
- Experience delivering embodied carbon assessments and LCAs on Australian building projects.
- Proficiency with One Click LCA software.
- Ability to translate carbon data into practical design recommendations.
- Experience with BoQs, BIM models, and material take-offs for LCA.
- Familiarity with Green Star, NABERS Embodied Carbon, and NCC requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of embodied carbon assessments and LCAs across projects.
- Develop strategies to reduce whole-of-life emissions.
- Support Green Star, NABERS, and NCC compliance; produce reports and client presentations.
- Mentor junior team members and refine carbon methodologies.
