Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in sustainability consulting, ESd, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of building performance modelling and NABERS/Green Star/WELL frameworks.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability assessments, modelling, and certification work across diverse projects.
• Apply expertise in thermal comfort, energy modelling, climate resilience, and lifecycle carbon.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and developers to embed sustainability from concept onward.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants and support proposal development.
