Mount Ridley College in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Development Officer to support the Elite Sports Program - Rugby League Stream. You will help organize training, coordinate sessions and liaise with staff and students to foster a positive sporting environment.

The role emphasises leadership, teamwork and professional growth within a dynamic school setting, with involvement in talent identification, trials and program reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Rugby League and sports program delivery.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills in a school setting.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise training and competition activities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the Elite Sports Program - Rugby League Stream organization.
• Assist with before/after school training sessions.
• Plan engaging, progressive training sessions to develop skills and teamwork.
• Foster an environment that encourages athletes to set and achieve goals.
• Involve in squad trials and talent identification for intake.
• Assist in monitoring participation and reporting outcomes.
