Restaurant Associates in Perth is seeking an experienced Private Chef to support a high‑profile client with intimate gatherings, executive entertaining and special events. The role is casual with flexible hours and shifts around private functions, events and entertaining requirements.

You will design and deliver fine dining experiences, using premium local produce, and maintain impeccable standards of food safety, presentation and discretion in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining and private chef environments.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary cuisine and premium ingredients.
• Experience designing degustation and bespoke dining experiences.
• Ability to adapt menus to varying event styles and guest requirements.
