Mode Talent Group Australia is seeking a C++ Software Engineer for Tier One proprietary trading firms in Sydney. You’ll implement high‑performance, low‑latency C++ production code that drives trading engines, market data handling and risk systems.

You’ll work directly with traders and researchers, own your code end‑to‑end, optimize for microseconds, and benefit from market‑leading compensation plus relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Formación

• Several years of production C++ experience with modern standards (C++17/20).
• Strong understanding of memory layout, profiling and performance.
• Experience with low-latency trading systems is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Write production C++ across trading engines, exchange connectivity and market data handling.
• Profile, measure and optimise performance in microseconds/nanoseconds.
• Own end-to-end software from design through delivery in a high‑speed trading environment.
• Collaborate with traders and researchers to turn ideas into fast, reliable production systems.
