Qualifications

Strong passion for technology and software development.
Expertise in C++ programming and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Ability to tackle open-ended problems and apply analytical methods.
Solid understanding of designing and developing multi-threaded applications.
Professional experience with distributed systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a dynamic trading environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with proprietary trading is a plus, but not required.
