Job summary

Suncorp in Sydney seeks an experienced claims professional to assess psychological injury claims under NSW Workers Compensation legislation. You will determine eligibility and entitlement with timely, fair, and evidence-based decisions, supported by trauma-informed communication.

You will gather medical and employment information, collaborate with employers, insurers, treating practitioners, legal representatives, and icare stakeholders, and explain complex decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workers Compensation, personal injury claims, or related customer-facing environment.
• Clear, confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and judgement skills.
