Job summary

KONE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Service Team on the Gold Coast, QLD. You will manage the installation and maintenance of elevator products across projects from low-rise housing to skyscrapers.

Carry out scheduled maintenance, attend to breakdowns, and uphold safety, quality and policy standards while building strong customer relationships. Join a global organisation that prioritises training, safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Electrical license required.
• ACMA Cabling Registration is advantageous.
• Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder expectations.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• Customer service mindset and high communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing on elevators and escalators.
• Attend to breakdowns and restore operations.
• Follow KONE policies including health, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service quality.
