Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking an Electronics Blasting Technician - Surface to train and support regional sites in the use of Electronic Initiation Systems. The role reports to the Electronic Lead and suits an experienced shotfirer, supervisor, or mining engineer.

You will train on-site, lead demonstrations, and manage detonator conversions to improve efficiencies and outcomes for our customers. Perth-based, full-time on-site role with an 8/6 roster.

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills (including a Cert IV in Training & Assessment).
• Extensive blasting-related experience; knowledge of electronic initiation systems is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training on Electronic Initiation Systems across regional sites.
• Lead demonstrations and training sessions to boost efficiency and results.
• Manage operational aspects of electronic detonator conversions and trials at allocated sites.
