Job summary

Dyno Nobel in Australia is seeking an Electronic Initiation Technician to support, train and implement electronic initiation systems across both surface and underground sites. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 8/6 roster based out of Perth.

You will train regional teams, lead demonstrations, and coordinate detonator conversions, leveraging blasting expertise and strong communication to improve safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills (Cert IV in Training & Assessment).
• Experience with DigiShot Plus 4G is highly regarded.
• Shotfirers license, DG Security Card, and Police Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and support for regional sites on electronic initiation systems.
• Lead demonstrations and training sessions to boost efficiency and results.
• Manage operational aspects of electronic detonator conversions and trials at allocated sites.
