Job summary

Alliance SI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects across Victoria. You will own projects from mobilisation to handover, coordinating crews, customers, consultants and stakeholders while safeguarding safety, quality and timelines.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, cross-disciplinary collaboration and a clear path to growth within a national team. Hybrid work arrangements are available across suitable projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong practical electrical knowledge; electrical trade qualification or licence highly regarded.
• Telecommunications experience and ACMA registration desirable.
• Experience with project management systems, estimating and project commercials will help you succeed.
• Exposure to data centres, education, health, aged care, commercial or critical infrastructure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and deliver multiple electrical and telecommunications projects from mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage scope, programme, budgets, resources and commercial outcomes to achieve project objectives.
• Be a trusted point of contact for customers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Supervisors, Technicians, Apprentices and project support teams to deliver their best work.
• Identify risks early, solve delivery issues and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Oversee quality, documentation, compliance and project reporting.
• Build relationships that create repeat work, referrals and long-term partnerships.
