Job summary

Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of electricity infrastructure projects across Victoria.

You will oversee safety, schedule, budget and governance while coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure outcomes aligned with client objectives. This role supports a strong program of work for 2026, with emphasis on risk management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, and offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience delivering engineering, construction or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience applying project management methodologies with risk management, contract administration and governance.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement in complex projects.
• Ability to balance safety, customer, commercial and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electricity infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee governance including planning, change management, reporting and close-out activities.
• Manage schedules, costs, resources and performance to meet client and business objectives.
• Build relationships with clients, delivery partners and internal teams in complex environments.
