Job summary

Alliance SI in Greater Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital and electrical infrastructure. You will plan, schedule, budget, and report while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors across multiple sites.

You will engage with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-site projects.
• Procurement, delivery and coordination of materials and services.
• Inspection experience to verify work quality, compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with ISO-certified management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital and electrical infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage logistics and materials to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and capability.
• Support future-ready project capability through systematic reviews and improvement initiatives.
