Job summary

GrainCorp, Numurkah site, seeks an Electrical Team Leader to manage the Electrical & Services team ensuring reliable plant performance and driving improvements. You will oversee electricians and external contractors to support a busy canola oil manufacturing plant.

The role is primarily a day shift at a 24x7 operation, with opportunities to lead automation projects and mentor junior staff within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified electrician with manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating external contractors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior electricians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine electrical trades and contractors
• Maintain safety systems and compliant equipment
• Participate in SHE safety walks and engagements
• Lead root-cause analysis for automation faults
• Lead electrical and automation projects
