Job summary

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning across water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Australia. You will supervise electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are safe, on time and to high quality standards.

The role involves liaising with project managers, engineers and clients to align with programmes and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical teams on water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of permits to work, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary site teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning on site.
• Manage operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Ensure works comply with legislation, standards, and project specs.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and quality culture on site.
• Maintain records, inspections, test docs, progress reports and handover information.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, instrumentation and control teams.
