Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe, efficient maintenance across critical transport infrastructure assets in Victoria. You’ll supervise field crews and subcontractors, coordinate planned and reactive works, support fault response activities, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence, White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
• Experience supervising electricians, technicians, subcontractors and field crews in live environments.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills; able to interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
