Job summary

Morson Edge (Australia) is sourcing Electrical Supervisors for a brand-new luxury apartment development in Southport on the Gold Coast. This temp-to-perm role involves hands-on supervision of large site teams and driving programme outcomes on fast-paced builds.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Electrical Licence, have high-rise project experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills to keep works on schedule and maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence is essential.
• Experience supervising electrical works on high-rise construction.
• Proven ability managing crews of 15+ on-site.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating crews of 15+ electricians and subcontractors.
• Working closely with the builder and other trades to keep works moving.
• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule.
• Monitoring safety, quality and overall site presentation.
• Coordinating materials, labour and site activities.
• Managing site issues and keeping communication flowing across the project.

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor with proven apartment construction experience who is confident managing large site teams and driving programme outcomes on fast-paced builds.
