Marble is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Supervisor to own projects from planning through delivery on the Gold Coast and Brisbane markets. The role emphasizes financial control, budgeting, and commercial performance alongside hands-on project leadership.

You will oversee budgets, timelines and procurement, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to deliver high‑quality electrical commercial projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction programs, procurement schedules and project milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact cost or program.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior management.
• Lead and support site teams to maintain a high standard of project delivery.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor / Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction business, taking ownership of projects from planning and delivery through to completion. This is a hands‑on senior project role for someone who understands that successful project delivery is about more than just keeping the construction program moving. Financial control, budgeting, cost management and commercial performance are essential components of the role. You will work closely with senior management, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will be an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Project Supervisor with a strong commercial construction background and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully. Importantly, you will have:

• Experience managing project budgets and forecasting final project outcomes
• Strong contract and commercial management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Highly Desirable

Experience delivering multi‑residential high‑rise projects would be highly regarded, particularly candidates who have managed complex projects involving multiple subcontractors, consultants and significant project budgets.
