Job summary

Tasman Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Major Projects & Shutdown workforce across mine sites in Western Australia. You will lead electrical crews, deliver construction, project and shutdown works, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resources sector, particularly on construction projects.
• Strong technical and general construction knowledge.
• Schedule 26 – relevant modules completed and exam passed.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and company values.
• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Current First Aid, including LVR/CPR completed within the last 12 months.
• Valid WA C Class or HR Driver’s Licence.
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews and deliver construction, project and shutdown works for mining sites.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance across all operations.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 clients and manage rosters for FIFO/site-based work.
• Contribute to the training and upskilling of team members.
