Job summary

SCEE Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead shutdowns across BHP and Rio Tinto operations in the Pilbara. You will oversee electrical works to ensure safety, quality and alignment with project schedules, coordinating a skilled team for high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and the ability to engage with clients and contractors. WA Electrical Licence and S26 training are highly valued, with opportunities across long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Supervisor in heavy construction shutdowns.
• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel maintain safe systems of work.
• Plan activities to standards and minimise inefficiencies.
• Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements.
• Understand risk management, QA and control.
• Participate in safety investigations and QA audits.
• Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
• Monitor site instructions to capture and agree costs.
