Job summary

Clarity Partners is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a fixed plant maintenance team at a world-class underground gold operation in Kalgoorlie, WA. In this residential role, you will lead electrical maintenance efforts, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising teams, optimizing performance with Mechanical and Process Supervisors, and driving continuous improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in mining or heavy industrial environment.
• Experience with maintenance systems such as Pronto (or similar).
• Police clearance and ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams.
• Work with Mechanical and Process Supervisors to optimise plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across electrical systems.
