About the Role

This opportunity is for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established fixed plant maintenance team at a world-class underground gold operation in Kalgoorlie. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while driving continuous improvement across electrical maintenance activities.

This is a residential role, meaning successful candidates will be required to live in Kalgoorlie. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate. Please note that FIFO arrangements are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams across fixed plant and associated infrastructure
• Work closely with Mechanical and Process Supervisors to optimise plant performance and availability
• Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with operational targets
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and development to team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across electrical systems and maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and environmental standards
• Actively contribute to a strong safety culture through proactive risk management and reporting
• Support planning and execution of shutdowns and maintenance schedules

About You

• Electrical Trade Qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Strong understanding of fixed plant maintenance principles and processing plant operations
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Competent in planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with maintenance systems such as Pronto (or similar) and strong MS Office skills
• Police clearance and ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Frontline Management qualification (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
