Job summary

Crushing Services International (CSI), part of MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED, seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Mt Marion lithium operations. You will lead electrical maintenance crews, ensuring safe, efficient work and high equipment availability on a permanent basis with an 8D 6RR FIFO roster from Perth.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance on mobile and fixed equipment, coordinating safety‑driven activities, and mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an electrical supervisory or leadership role within mining, processing, fixed plant or heavy industry.
• Current Western Australian Electrical Worker’s Licence.
• Electrical Trade Qualification and relevant system knowledge (PLCs, SCADA, motors).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and coordinate day‑to‑day electrical maintenance and fault‑finding on mobile and fixed crushing equipment.
• Lead electrical teams to ensure safe, efficient maintenance per site requirements.
• Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems and control circuits.
• Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and foster a safety‑focused culture.
