Primero Group is seeking Electrical Supervisors for construction projects in Australia. This role involves planning and managing works on sites while ensuring safety and client satisfaction. You will oversee multiple jobs, engage with clients, and ensure effective communication with sub-contractors.

Formación

• At least five (5) years’ experience in construction works.
• Experience in the resource (mining/oil & gas) industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively plan works to ensure adequate resources.
• Manage worksite safety for all personnel.
• Develop client relationships for business opportunities.
• Manage multiple jobs on site.
• Liaise with clients on technical issues.
• Hold daily pre-start meetings with staff.
• Report issues to the engineering team.
