Joule Resources is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead site-based electrical activities on mineral processing projects in Western Australia. The role is FIFO 2:1, with 80% site-based work and 20% office duties, reporting to the Construction Manager.

You will oversee safety, quality, and schedule compliance, conduct toolbox talks, supervise workmanship, and mentor personnel on technical and safety standards across the project.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical trade certificate is essential.
• S26 Statutory Supervisor training is required for WA projects.
• White Card is essential.
• Current First Aid certificate with CPR and LVR.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Enforcing safe work practices and ensuring personnel meet HSE standards.
• Keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
• Supervising workmanship to company and statutory standards.
• Conducting daily pre-start meetings and safety toolbox meetings.
• Participating in hazard identification, risk assessment and controls.
• Leading incident management, including notification, investigation and reporting.
• Training, coaching and competency assessment of personnel.
• Ensuring site personnel comply with quality and environmental requirements.
