Job summary

Monadelphous High Energy Service (HES) seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead technicians, engineers and apprentices on mine sites in the Pilbara. The role is FIFO with Perth-based recruitment and occasional metro/workshop postings, offering a flexible roster and long-term job security.

Based in Perth and surrounding areas, you will drive safety, planning and scheduling while mentoring apprentices and maintaining quality documentation for customers in a dynamic resources team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified electrician with WA Electrical Licence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Unrestricted WA Driver's Licence.
• Right to work in Australia.
• HV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Technicians, Engineers and Apprentices on mine sites.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Involved in work planning and scheduling.
• Mentor Apprentices.
• Ensure Safety and Quality documentation is completed.

Job description

High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our Resources Team. Due to the nature of the role, the point of hire is required to be based in Perth and surrounding areas. This role is classified as a FIFO position with occasional Metro or Workshop posts as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising Technicians, Engineers and Apprentices performing maintenance works on mine sites in the Pilbara
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Extensive involvement with work planning and scheduling
• Ability to mentor Apprentices
• Ensuring all Safety and Quality documentation is completed
• Experience in customer communications

• Prior shutdowns experience advantageous
• Strong computer Literacy
